Pack Your Items

Carefully repackage the products in their original Lenox packaging and shipping box to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous labels.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
