How should I care for my Lenox fine china and dinnerware?
Most of our modern dinnerware is dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand washing items with gold or platinum accents and avoiding citrus-based detergents to preserve the finish.
What is the Lenox Breakage Replacement Program?
We offer a replacement program where if you break a piece of your registered Lenox patterns, we provide a replacement at a significantly discounted price, provided the item is still in production.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically process within 2-3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Can I return personalized or engraved items?
Due to their custom nature, personalized and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect or an error in the personalization process.
Is Lenox dinnerware microwave safe?
Items marked as 'Microwave Safe' can be used. However, any dinnerware featuring metallic rims or accents (gold, platinum, or silver) should never be used in a microwave as it may cause sparking.
